The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law (e.g., the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions; the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Amendments are announced at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable or material to members), stating the effective date and reason. A member who disagrees may terminate the agreement.
4. Rules Outside These Terms
Matters not specified here are governed by applicable law and the operating policies/usage guidance set by the Company for each service.
5. Formation of the Agreement
The agreement is formed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, applies per the Company’s procedure, and the Company accepts.
The Company may withhold or refuse acceptance if the applicant used another’s identity, provided false information, is under 14, or fails to meet the Company’s requirements.
Sign-up may use social login (Kakao, Naver, Google, Apple) or other methods the Company provides.
6. Member Information
Members may view and update their information at any time and must keep it current. The Company is not liable for disadvantages caused by a failure to update.

Prices, usage periods, and delivery methods follow what is shown on the relevant service screen.
14. Withdrawal and Refund
Withdrawal and refunds follow the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the separate Refund Policy.
For digital content such as reports, the right of withdrawal may be restricted once provision has begun; the Company discloses this before payment.
15. AI Service: Use, Limitations, and Ethics
The Life Report and AI consultation are generated using AI models; results are statistical and cultural reference information based on saju/fortune and do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
Members should treat content only as reference; responsibility for decisions made in reliance on it rests with the member.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate, and the Company does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy.
In line with AI-related law (e.g., the Framework Act on the Development of Artificial Intelligence and Establishment of Trust), the Company strives for transparency, including indicating that content is AI-generated.
To foster a safe and ethical AI environment, the Company may detect and review content that may be harmful, illegal, or rights-infringing, and may restrict or delete violating content.
Members must not use the AI Service to: infringe others’ rights (privacy, IP, personal rights); generate or distribute illegal or harmful information; generate content inappropriate for minors; promote discrimination, hate, or violence; create or spread misinformation; or encourage self-harm or crime.
Collection, use, and storage of member data for service provision and algorithm/performance improvement are governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
16. Intellectual Property
Copyright and other IP in the Service and Company-produced content belong to the Company.
Members may use provided content only for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works without the Company’s prior consent.
17. Member Postings
If a member’s posting violates law or these Terms, the Company may delete, move, or refuse it without prior notice.

Members may request termination (withdrawal) at any time via the Service or customer support, which the Company processes without delay per law.
